I started this practice with the idea of creating an environment where I could realise a dream. By combining my qualification with my passion for people, health, sport and general well being I was able to turn this dream into a career. My love for sport, especially athletics and hockey from an early age, as well as my belief in a healthy lifestyle and the importance of movement have always gravitated me towards a career in physiotherapy. Our success comes from the fact that our job is our passion, and we love what we do!
Our team consists of highly skilled and certified physiotherapy staff.
Liandi vd Westhuyzen
(BSc Physio Stellenbosch, OMT1)
I am from Stellenbosch originally, where I completed my degree in BSc. Physiotherapy. Since then I have also completed a post graduated diploma in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) which compliments me specializing in the fields of sport injuries and orthopedic conditions.
I have completed my community service year in rural Mpumalanga, whereafter I worked abroad in the UK as a physiotherapist gaining experience in a variety of ffields. I had the privilege of working and gaining experience in a variety of practices in the Western Cape, before opening my own in June 2013. I have never looked back.
I enjoy trail and road running, as well as mountain biking and have recently added triathlon to the list. I love the energy surrounding events, but mostly it is about enjoying being outside in nature with family and friends.
I believe in a healthy lifestyle, where balance is key.

Originally from the Eastern Cape, I qualified as a physiotherapist at Stellenbosch University in 2006. I've since focused my career on the treatment and rehabilitation of Orthopedic conditions and completed a post graduate diploma in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT) to compliment this special interest.
I am passionate about my job and love to see how treatment techniques, simple changes or exercise can improve a person's quality of life.
Personally, I love my family, good food, the outdoors and combining these with some running, swimming or cycling to create a balanced lifestyle.
